HDG Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We can only accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, HDG does not ship orders to post office boxes.

The time it takes to process your order depends on the products that you purchased. Most in-stock items will ship within two weeks of receiving payment. Depending on the current inventory, most pieces are made to order.

For custom orders, please allow three weeks for shipping. If your order is needed sooner, please understand that a rush fee may apply to expedite and prioritize your order.

Please notify us if you have a particular date when you need to have your handmade jewelry in your hands. We will do everything we can to get it to you.

Orders are shipped via USPS, which usually takes 5-7 days. 

​

HDG Handcrafted is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Pickup can be arranged if you are located near my studio in New Jersey.

Return & Exchange Policy

HDG Handcrafted accepts returns for a full refund within seven days of receiving your item(s) (not including shipping costs). Returns are no longer accepted after seven days.

Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted.

​

If, for some reason, there is an error in your order, please notify us right away, and we will remedy the situation.

​

Special and custom orders are non-returnable.

We have included information on each product page to help you determine the size to order. Please CONTACT US if you have any questions regarding sizing before ordering.

We do our best to portray the colors in our jewelry as accurately as possible. If you know what color you want and don't see it online, please CONTACT US to see what colors we can offer a piece in.

​

We believe in our pieces' quality and know that they are better in real life than they appear online. So if you're reluctant to purchase something that you have not seen in person, we think it's safe to say that if you're drawn to it online, you will not be disappointed when you receive the piece.

REPAIRS

We stand behind our craftsmanship and the quality of HDG Jewelry. Some of our pieces are delicate in appearance but are well-made products that can withstand regular wear. If your jewelry needs repair from normal wear and tear, we are happy to do so free of charge within six months of your purchase. After six months, repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
